The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. Rooms were comfortable and the overall ambiance was nice. The location was convenient for attending IndusFood 2026.

The room was smelly. The carpet in the room had bad stink to it. Air-condition air smelled and it could not be set to what we wanted it. The room was freezing cold. The washroom was dated and things falling apart. Cement food prints in the corridors. The hotel is dated and not well maintained

The lounge was overcrowded, and I had to wait for over an hour to be check in. Despite opting for a King bed in a non-smoking room, I was initially given a Twin bed, and only after considerable insistence was given non smoking room . The food quality was average at best. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with visible dust in the carpet corners. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms continued late into the night, which disrupted rest. Overall, this was not my best stay.

I had booked my stay a week before and recieved a confirmation, however the hotel kept calling me and asking me to give up my room and proposed alternatives which were unacceptable . Apart fromThis inconvenience everything was ok . In future this has to be rectified by the hotel and its policies .

The smell of sewage surrounding the hotel premises is spread all through corridors , rooms and dininig areas.Very uneasy and un comfortable. One cant breathe fresh. I am sorry for the poor staff working there.Unless the open sewage flowing somewhere around the hotel is controlled, the guests can not breathe in this premises.

Location and close proximity to key shopping venues.

Rooms are dated, need refurbishment. Air conditioning is poor. I had to complain twice but still remained unresolved. The temperature is fixed to 23 degrees

The hotel offers International chain's 4* standard. The service staff are very helpful. The pool gives charm, a gym iš available. 2 restarants for dinner.

There is some smell in the area of the hotel. Standards of cleanliness are different from European expectations.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were big, comfortable and the fact that they gave us interconnected rooms made it even better.

The location is not the greatest. You may find it difficult to get cabs at times as it's slightly remote from rest of delhi and the cabs hesitate asmthey may not get a return trip. The toilet was not the cleanest. We asked them to clean the washroom properly and were happy to see all the stains gone.
